Confusing Washington Post headline

This Washington Post headline confused the heck out of me: Second Life for Study Group. Even after reading the first paragraph I was still lost:
After an initially tepid reception from policymakers, the recommendations of the Iraq Study Group are getting a second look from the White House and Congress, as officials continue to scour for bipartisan solutions to salvage the American engagement in Iraq.

I'm not making this up, I thought "The Iraq Study Group is going to start working in Second Life? You've got to be kidding!" I finally got a grip on reality and figured out that it had nothing to do with the Second Life.

I could go on a rant about the importance of writing good titles, and SEO, but I didn't find this through search. Instead, I will just admit that I've been spending a tad too much time living virtually.
