Check this out, Send2Wiki. Basically you install the bookmarklet in your toolbar. When you find a page on the Web you like you just click the bookmarklet, and it will convert it from HTML to Mediawiki markup, and then creates a new wiki page. I tried a couple of pages and it worked very slick. It also had some language translation which I have not tried yet.
