Abandoning Google search?: Update

I thought I would update you on my experiment to abandon Google for Wikipedia. When we last spoke this is where I left you:

Preliminary findings:

  1. I don‘t search as much as I thought. That finding surprised me.
  2. I‘ve learned not to waste my time searching Wikipedia for certain topics. For example, I didn‘t start the search for the del.icio.us inbox problem with Wikipedia. I knew better.
  3. My Wikipedia to Google searches are running 5:1.
  4. Early results indicate this is working.

The experiment continues.
